Beach Escape Town Home

Ground Level: There is covered parking for 2 vehicles and an outdoor shower, for rinsing off after a long day on the beach or in the pool.

First Level: The two bedrooms are located on this floor in this beautifully decorated town house. The master bedroom is located on the right corner. Filled with bright orange walls and wrought iron furnishings, this room is dressed to impress. The king size bed has a light blue comforter, the perfect compliment to the wall color. The room has a large TV with VCR and DVD player, private bathroom and access to the sound view deck.

The bathroom has 2 sinks; one is separated from the main bath area, a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.

The sliding glass doors lead you out to the water view deck. From here you can enjoy watching the boats pass by in the distance or relax among the oak trees while you lounge in the hammock. The covered deck offers the perfect place for an afternoon nap.

The second bedroom has a summer yellow walls and games for the kids to play. The room has a double twin bunk bed and access to the sound deck.

A full size bathroom is located in the hallway. The washer and dryer are also located in a closet in the hallway.

Second Floor: The second floor of the town home offers a spacious living, dining and kitchen area. The living space is filled with wood floors, earth toned tables and deep blue sofas. The room offers a TV with VCR, DVD player and you’ll find movies to watch in the television cabinet. Enjoy the accessibility of a ½ bath, located off the living space.

A small ocean view deck sits off the living room. From here you can see the pool, the beach access and the blue water of the ocean.

The kitchen and dining areas are open and look out onto the untouched beauty of the Intra-Coastal Waterway. The kitchen offers wood floors, a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker and toaster. A wireless internet connection is also located in the kitchen area, for those that can’t seem to put the computer down.

A large round oak table sits on the right side of the dining space, easily seating up to 8 guests. A smaller dark wood table sits closer to the kitchen and offers a more intimate dining experience for 4. The table is the perfect place for morning coffee or a late night game of cards.

From the dining space you have two sliding glass doors that lead to the upper deck. As a nightcap, grab a chair and watch the sun turn the sky a beautiful crimson, as it sets over the water.
